VINEYARDS’ LOCATION: Crézancy-en-Sancerre and Bué.
SOILS: mostly from our famous red sandstone “Terres Rouges” but also rocky limestone “Caillottes” soils.
GRAPE VARIETY: Pinot noir.
VINIFICATION: This rosé is made by direct pressing, in order to maintain maximum freshness.
TASTING NOTES*:
Appearance: Bright pale pink hue.
Nose: Open and complex with aromas of strawberry, red berry fruits and citrus fruits such as grapefruit.
Palate: Great balance between body and vivacity. The finish is fresh and persistent.
FOOD PARING SUGGESTIONS: Perfect as an aperitif but also with salads, tapas and grilled meats.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°C to 12°C.
